Purchased 2 new Hyundai’s and had each installed with a Schneider Blackbox SR790 3 years agoHad issues and found... Elias and Aus-Audio warehouse North Parramatta.Once I had advised him and his team of the issue, they then systematically checked out the installation which was not done by them and replaced the electrical harness, double check the set up for both vehicles and went through the set with me to ensure I had full operational knowledge.1 Year on and the units require a firmware update, brough both unit in and I was looked after immediately and checked each unit to ensure they were operating correctly.The following year, the speakers in both failed and again Elias and his team without hesitation, fix the issue, and provided a health check ensuring the system is operating correctly.Then Nov 2020, had an issue with wifi connection and once again, Elias himself looked after me. Carried out a firmware update, checked each unit and found 1 had a microphone issue and replace the failed component without question and without charge. He definitely believes in the products he sells and the backup support is second to none. Earlier this year, I purchased a vehicle from Volkswagen Sutherland. Part of the deal was that they would provide me... with a dash cam for both the front and rear of the vehicle.A couple of weeks after I took delivery of my vehicle , the dash cam was installed. For the first 3 weeks, it worked alright but eventually it stopped working. For some reason, it stopped recording and I was not aware of this as there was no notification of error.Unfortunately, my car was hit and because the culprit did not leave details, I had no way to find any details of the incident. I got in touch with the gentleman who installed the dash cam initially. I drove to him to eventually have him look into the issue, which he informed me was due to a faulty SD Card (issued by Aus Audio).I called them up to explain the issue and they told me to bring in the SD card and they would change it to one that works. There was no apology and informed me that a free replacement would be for the 32 GB SD Card (which I think is an extremely small capacity and gets eaten up within 2 days of proper driving). Anything larger than this would be an additional cost.I am not too happy with this. I have had to do a lot of running around, and the dash cam itself (RoadEye 350) is a horrible system in my opinion.read more

Three weeks ago I paid deposit for product and service that Tony tried organising and never eventuated. We have been... advised by Tony the deposit will be refunded two weeks ago and this hasn't been done to date. I've tried getting in touch to get an update but no email reply or return call for two weeks. We are disappointed in how Aus-Audio has handled the situation and we will need to consider further action.24/06/2020 Update Hi Elias, I can confirm the deposit has been received.read more

I would like to commend the Aus-Audio staff for their great customer service. Being based in WA I have had to liaise... with them over the phone in sorting out the Scheidner SR790 issues. The staff have at all times been courteous, helpful, and friendly.read more

Not worth my time and money anymore. Product does not do what it is supposed to do. Manager doesn't like negative... feedback and hangs up on customers. Very bad customer service. I will be buying elsewhere. Don't waste your money like I have.I am happy to leave positive reviews for businesses that do the right thing by customers and leave negative reviews for businesses that don't. The owner of this business is very dishonest. I have been charged extra for an item I didn't need and he refuses to admit it.My car dealership is also no longer using these products because of issues and customer complaints. I'm not the first to have this issue.read more

Had my Road Eye RE350 Dash Cam installed by Mazda Sutherland on mynew car in December 2018 and it stopped working.... Mazda weren’t helpful in anyway so I contacted Aus Audio and spoke to Elias who was incredibly helpful. He was in my area that week so met me to fix my camera which was done so quickly and with no hassle.He even offered to send me a new double sided patch as my rear camera keeps falling off the windscreen. Can’t thank you enough Elias for fixing my dash cam & being so easy to deal with. Happy with my Road Eye camera also. Thank youread more

By far the best experience I’ve had! Took them almost no time to install my front and back dashcams. They were... installed professionally and there isn’t any cables hanging.
